Who is Celebrate Recovery for?

Answer: Everyone.

Celebrate Recovery addresses all types of hurts, hang-ups and habits, whereas some recovery programs deal only with alcohol or drugs or another single problem. Some of the possible hurts, hang-ups and habits include, but are not limited to:

Loss, Loneliness, Eating Disorders, Depression, Stress, Lying, Chemical Dependency, Fear, Guilt, Workaholism, Sexual Addiction, Worry, Adultery, Divorce, Anger, Abuse, Codepencency, and many more.

What are the Celebrate Recovery meetings like?

The evening will start with a large gathering that will include fellowship, worship through music and either a lesson or personal testimony from one of our leaders. After the main meeting is over, the large group will split up into small groups that are divided by gender. The small group format is an opportunity to share openly in a highly-confidential environment. You are invited to participate as openly and freely as you are comfortable, but there is no requirement to share.

What is the cost of attending Celebrate Recovery?

There is no financial cost to attend Celebrate Recovery at Community of Hope. Donation baskets will be available during the large gathering. Any donation is greatly appreciated as it goes to help others through Celebrate Recovery!

What about kids? Celebration Place

Celebration Place is not just “child care.” It's a program that mirrors Celebrate Recovery's large group teaching schedule and curriculum plan. So when adults are talking about a topic such as action, kids are learning about the same topic at an age-appropriate level. Families benefit because they can talk about the same topic when they go home.

Celebration Place gives kids:

-Hope for all the amazing things God has in store for them.

-Truths that help them overcome life's challenges by learning to lean on Jesus.

-Joy as they embark on a wonderful journey of songs, games, videos & relationship building experiences.

-Friendship with other kids.
