COUNSELING MINISTRY

Community of Hope has made a commitment to provide counseling to its members and the community through a partnership with licensed professional counselors.

Bryan Atkinson
Bryan Atkinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and his Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.
His clinical experience in the mental health field includes individual, marital, family, and group therapy. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in areas such as: depression, anxiety, co-dependency, addictions, self-esteem issues, anger, boundaries, marital and family relationship problems, troubled teens, and relationship problems.
One of Bryan's primary goals is to provide a safe and compassionate environment for his clients. In such an environment, clients have the freedom to face difficult issues, gain insight, and find emotional healing. As emotional healing occurs, clients are better able to connect with themselves, God, and others and thereby become a more complete individual.
