Community of Hope's 2010 yoga classes

Every Tuesday Evening at 7:00 PM in the Worship Center

 Classes are led by Lisa Rose-Michalski (CHOer & certified yoga instructor). Cost of classes are on a donation basis, with a suggested donation of $5-10, with a portion of the donations going to the COH campus expansion fund. If you think about the cost of yoga classes offered in the area, this is a bargain! Complimentary childcare is included. Both women and men are invited to participate!
