A coworker of mine who has been ill for some time, Bob Wible, passed away last night around 11 pm. He would have turned 60 on Saturday. His mother was with him at the hospital & said he went peacefully. His mother is 89 years old & doesn’t drive anymore, so she is taking it pretty hard. He has had congestive heart failure 3 or 4 times over the last 5 years & had extreme swelling in his extremities & fluid build-up in his lungs & around his heart. Bob was not married & had no children, but he does have one brother who is married with a couple of children that live in California. Our prayers go out to his family. |

I just received the following email from a co-worker. Please keep Albert's brother, Andrew, and all of their family members in your prayers.
Hi Donna,
Please include my brother Andrew in your prayers. He had been fighting with cancer for 3 years now. I received a call from my sister last night; learned that he is in critical condition and is in the ICU. He has been vomiting blood and been experiencing a lot of physical pain. The cancer had already spread to his liver and bones. Please pray for his salvation, a longer life and healing (still) if God wills it. Please pray for comfort and peace for him and all of those who love him. My family and I will be leaving this coming Sunday morning to go back to the Philippines; pray for our safe travel as well.
Thank you very much and God bless.

This request is from my daughter, Maria Wilson, who lives in Michigan. This is her good friends son:
Friends please pray for my friend Julie and her family. They have decided to let her son Michael go. He is functioning completely on his own, but has no chance of recovering from his brain injuries. This has been just a horrible decision but they will no longer supply him with food or water. He has been moved to Hospice care and is expected to last no more than 4 days. She is obviously beyond upset and I know she needs the power of prayer. Please just lift her up and let the love of Jesus surround her.
Maria Wilson

Update...Many of you have asked so I wanted to send out an update on Michael and my friend Julie. He has had an MRI to establish the extent of his brain injuries. He has irreversible and severe brain damage. He is now breathing on his own but his quality of life will never be more than what it is now. He will never walk, talk or function on his own. At this point they are exploring options of his next home. He will be placed in a facility but he has no insurance and they are trying to get him qualified for medicaid. Julie is back to work since yesterday and is doing ok. She hasn't given up hope but said seeing the MRI scans was very difficult. Please continue to pray for her and that the Lord will be seen through this difficult time. She has told me she has been praying which I know is new for her.
Thanks for your prayers.
Maria Wilson

Subject: prayer
Hello friends I would appreciate it if you could pray for my friend Julie and her son Michael. Michael has had trouble with drugs and making bad choices for a while now. He has been living in AZ with his dad but decided to come home to get his GED hoping to open up a better world. Unfortunately he got caught up with some friends that make really bad decisions, they take prescription drugs like candy. Michael was found Sat night unresponsive and has been in the hospital in that same state since then. They believe this was caused by an overdose of Xanax and possible other meds. They know he has some permenant brain damage but they are unsure to what extent. They are unable to tell this until he is able to be off the ventilator to do an MRI. All in all it is a very sad situation with and undesirable ending. They do not know the Lord and I just pray that he will be seen during this traumatic emotional time. I would appreciate your prayers and will keep you updated on his progress.
Thanks, Maria

Prayer Partners,
Please pray for my daughter Kayla and her new husband Eric. They got married last month because she found out she was pregnant. She is due in July. Eric has been working at Alcon thru a temp agency for almost a year and is now in a position to apply for a permanent job with insurance. They really need the insurance especially with the baby coming! He has already been passed up once for a permanent job and we are really hopeful he will get this one.
Thank you, Julie |

Prayers for my brother Ronnie, how is starting chemo therapy next week or the week after. He has Mantel Cell Lymphoma. Also prayers for our son Mitch. He found out that his place of employment is closing in 60 days. He lives in West Viriginia, and jobs are even harder to find there than here.Pray for God to watch over both of them in the months to come. That you for your prayers. |

For my mother (68), who has a
dull ache in her left side, growing more intense. She is going to see a doctor about it next week. She is 100% committed to Jesus Christ. She is very reluctant to undergo testing, medication or treatment. We pray for healing, perhaps with some exercise or simple instruction she could do herself... |
