God’s people have always been characterized by giving, but the way they’ve given has changed over time. For example, people no longer bring goats, sheep, calves and grain to God as they did in the Old Testament. Giving tithes and offering is much simpler, and theologically sound since Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice.
Anyone who would like to give to Community of Hope is welcome to do so through our church website, text, regular mail, or in person throughout the week and of course, on Sundays during the worship experience. Whichever method you choose to give to the Lord, please know that it is a privilege for Community of Hope to receive those funds to continue doing all God has for his people.
Giving is an important aspect of the Christian life. After all, Luke records that Jesus himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). At Community of Hope, we want to encourage all members to pray about giving and give as God leads them.

Acknowledgements are mailed on an annual basis to those who have made contributions to Community of Hope. You may check your giving record at any time during the year by logging into the Hope Online Community and clicking on the “financial” tab on your profile page.
