We are a United Methodist Church. As such, Community of Hope agrees with the Denominational stance of the UMC. We uphold the Social Principles and recognize racism as sin. We note that racism includes both personal and systemic/institutional racism, which results in discrimination. We stand firmly against ALL racism and support the fact that all people are equally valuable in the sight of God.

We are currently in phase 1 of our reopening plan! We will still be worshipping every week but it multiple different ways!! We are worshipping every Sunday outside in the parking lot at 9:15am! It is a shorter service to limit everyone to the heat! You can go to the Community of Hope Facebook page to watch the livestream of the outdoor service or the Community of Hope YouTube channel and we will be premiering our weekly worship services at 9:15am as well! So feel free to watch and chat with us live each week as a church body!  This is definitely difficult circumstances and we want to keep things as normal as possible. God is still God and Community of Hope will come out of this stronger than ever! We can’t wait to see you each Sunday!

Our Sunday experience is designed to be a non-threatening place for people to explore the faith and embark on a spiritual journey. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey – new to faith, returning after a long hiatus, or mature Christ-follower – the service will inspire you to consider going deeper. Hope Church offers two identical gatherings on Sunday mornings at 9:15 & 11:00 AM.

“I put all my hope in the LORD. He leaned down to me; he listened to my cry for help. He lifted me out of the pit of death, out of the mud and filth, and set my feet on solid rock. He steadied my legs.
Psalm 40:1-2

Our mission at Community of Hope is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His salvation, MAKING, NURTURING, and EQUIPPING disciples on behalf of the Kingdom of God.

Community of Hope UMC is God’s Church, dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God.
